The rent includes utilities, monitored security, onsite parking, snow and trash removal, onsite laundry facilities, shared kitchenette and ADA accessible bathroom. The listed price is for a 1-year lease, with shorter lease options available at a slightly higher monthly rate. Suites 2 and 6 are designed for shared "double occupancy," but all suites can accommodate co-lessees or be subleased to up to 4 individuals (subject to an application and background check).
