The primary bathroom has a whirlpool tub, separate walk in shower and double vanity. All 3 bedrooms on the second level are sizable and will fit a king size bed plus have walk in closets. The upstairs hall bath has two separate sinks across from each other, perfect when the kids are getting ready at the same time, and has a private shower area separated by a pocket door. It's hard to believe but there is still another level of finished space. The basement can be used as an in laws suite or great for entertaining. The first room is great for a rec area or workout room, the family room is connected to a kitchenette area with a sink, rounded off with a 5th bedroom and full bathroom. The garage was designed with an extra tall garage door and is extra deep on one side to accommodate a larger vehicle. The house provides natural shade to the extra large patio. All the carpet in the home was replaced Summer 2020 and the whole interior of the home was painted Spring of 2020 (many areas of the home have been unused since this was done). New air conditioner in Fall of 2021.
