The building has off-street parking in the back. No laundry hookups in any of the units. Basement access is around the back through cellar doors. Use caution with the doors and when accessing the basement. The owner pays for water and garbage. The owner is also currently paying for units 2 and 3's electricity and gas. These bills were supposed to be passed on to the tenants, but there was a mix-up.
